CONGREGATIONAL DONATION
BOX
Fulfill a mitzvah every time you come to the synagogue. The box is located in the lobby of the 83rd Street building. Each month is designated for specific donations that benefit a variety of local charities. This donation box was a gift from the Confirmation Class of 5765. This Month's
Donation Drive:
Summer Food
Drive The Food Bank for NYC distributes food donations from manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and government agencies to more than 1,200 food programs throughout the five boroughs supplying over 250,000 meals a day for families, the elderly, homeless and homebound, low-income workers and people living with HIV/AIDS. Drop off canned and packaged non-perishable foods in the donation box in the Temple lobby.
